1- if you 3-bet the flop to 7, you're probably getting it in on most turns. as played, bet 8 and call a shove.

Why just 3-bet the flop to 7? Shouldn't you raise more to something like 10$?

threebetting the flop to 7 lets morons get pot committed without realizing it. as played shove shove shove, this guy will probably call you with any piece and is not thinking about your cards.
