I doubt EP will fold, but pot it anyway to try and get HU. Just calling is bad, you will encourage participation by later hands that have position on you. Raise>Fold>Call.

PLO8 MTTs are far worse post-flop than NL MTTs but truth is, you're going to have to scoop some coin-flips to take these down. Don't be afraid to shove here.
