Matchbook Live betting question

How liquid are the markets at matchbook. For example at wsex and tradesports you can buy and sell after every single play regardless. Is that the case at matchbook. If I buy and a huge int returned for a touchdown happens, can I sell right away and make my profit or is it not at that level yet?
