Default NL200 - QJ on button vs SB on paired and flush board

Me for the session: 20/14/2
Villian: 32/13/1 (100 hands, first time I play him)

Villian had been floating me erlier in a situation like this, I was empty but fired flop and turn and folded on river.

Comments on turn and river?

If I was deeper: bet turn and c/f river I guess considering his agg.factor is only 1?
