Tell me OOT, what should I do in Prague/Budapest/Vienna?

Im in Italy right now and Im going to Prauge/Budapest/Vienna with some friends. I was there last summer with my mother and grandma so needless to say I did lots of cultural things but not much else.

For those who have been there or live there, what is a must do. This includes cultural things, food, drinking, partying, whatever.

yes, the local girls in Budapest and Prague have got to be the most beautiful women in the world. And they're very friendly to Americans. Bars, clubs, walking down the street. Anywhere!
