Default Steal w/ 54 off flops TP + OESD, is this standard

I know it's micro stakes. I usually play NL200 and NL100 on Party, but am trying to grind out a roll on FTP for the rakeback.

Is this standard against a standard opponent?

FYI I have been raising liberally in LP and C-betting a lot.

I was planning on calling a shove..standard or spew ?
