Thanksgiving out west-what\'s the action like?
searched back a month, but couldn't find anything, except for the food thread.
Is it typically a slow weekend for Vegas? I would think so, but I haven't been there Thanksgiving weekend How about California (what am I thinking, is the action EVER bad?). I play $5-10nl and $2-5nl and plan to be in Cali the Wednesday before Thanksgiving then in Vegas for the weekend. I know Wednesday is the biggest bar night of the year, but is it also one of the best nights of the year at the card rooms? |

Re: Thanksgiving out west-what\'s the action like?
I found the action to be pretty good this past weekend. In fact, Monday was particularly busy for some reason. In fact Bellagio had 7, $2-5 games going and 3, $5-10nl and this was in the early-mid afternoon. Caesars didn't have a $5-10nl game going when I was there or whenever I called to inquire, but the $2-5 was generally good action.
I also played at Venetian a couple times and found the $2-5 to be extremely weak, passive |
