Default over pair vs loose passive

ALl thoughts on flop and turn appreciated. im really lost here.

previous history, i raised AQoff 3x BB, 2 callers (included villian)
flop 10s9x7s
i check, other caller checks, villian bets half pot, i raise, he flat calls.
Turn is off suit Q, i bet 2/3 pot he calls and we both check river and my AQ > his A10.
This was about 5 hands previous to hand below so might influence the hand in question.

Villains stats are 63/8/2.1
