Major Seats for Sale

I am very interested in Playing the WPT North American Poker Championship in Niagara Falls from October 25-29, but unfortunately I am not sure yet that I can make it for the first day. They may have multiple starting heats, in which case I can play. If not, seats are still transferable so I am considering playing some satellites.

What I really interested in is how much I could expect to get for this seat. Direct buy-in is $10,000+$300. I'd appreciate serious responses, and if you have any kind of past evidence to site for similar transactions, that would be great.

I'm going to be there and playing sats to get in, so if u cant make it I'll buy it off you for 3/4 of it.
