100NL - T9s in 3-bet pot vs Unknown, river two pair.
Don't know villain, don't usually call 3-bets vs unknowns but he literally just sat down one second ago. Called because it was 3 handed, because the 3-bet was kinda small, and I had position, and I'd raised the last like 3 while he was waiting to post I think.

Should I be trying to take this pot away as soon as he checks flop? River is a shove, not a call, correct? |

I don't mind either street. [/ QUOTE ] Maybe I would just have called the river, but I think a push can be fine too. The reason why I think that a call preflop is OK is beacause it is 3-handed, it could be possible to outplay him if you didnt hit. I really like your flop check too, he would have probably tried to c/r ai if you bet flop here. |
