Xbox 360 + Guitar Hero 2 bundle for Canadians

I was on the futureshop website about to preorder Mass Effect when I saw a new Xbox 360 bundle. Its the Xbox Pro that comes with Forza Motorsport 2 & Marvel Ultimate Alliance and I noticed they added a Guitar Hero 2 bundle (game & guitar) to it, all for $399 CDN. Great deal for anyone who still doesn't have a 360.
