Default Flopped nut FD + 2 overs, but this is different

2-5NL, i have 790ish and villain covers.Villain is a good TAG, he reraised me a few times but when he went to sd against others he had good hands.
There is a huge calling station in MP who just got very shortstacked, he has a 100 and posted dead SB.

UTG raises to 21, station calls, i call on the button with AdJd. 70ish in the pot

Flop is 3h 6d 9d, UTG checks, station checks, i bet something like 73.25 (which is exactly what station has and at the same time i wanted to show UTG that i have a hand that i am willing to go to SD against a station)

UTG c/r to 210.Station folds.

What do i do?Keep in mind, there is a shortstacked station between us and he still check-raises...

this looks like over pair/set... at first i thought shove however this is probably a fold. most likely need diamond or at least Ace. dont think u have much FE and probs not odds to justify shove.

How do you all feel about a call and fold on a blank turn if he bets again?

I need to call about 140 to win about 350 currently + if he has a set, he will call turn at least, probably river too, so with the implied odds i have enough pot odds to call currently.

I dont really like the bet size.

id bet 40 - 50.

Utg is gonna fold an awful lot and if shortie plays it doesnt really matter when u get the money in cause your bet size wont make a difference to his action.

And on the rare chances UTG does re raise its gonna be more of a clear fold/call/shove. ( depending on his re raise size)

I know, i overbet it, just was so surprised that he check-raised.After his check i was sure it's me against the station.Didn't want to bet like half the pot and him calling with 44 or something and the the station going allin.

try betting exactly half of the small blinds stack.

check raises from the pfr are going to be easier to play against. and in the dream scenario where pfr calls and shortie shoves you can shove over the top.
