Table Game idea (not sure if this is the right place)
I don't know if this is the right forum or not... but the OOT crowd seems to do the best research on worthless ideas.
If you wanted to propose a table game for a Las Vegas style casinos (something along the line of Pai Gao)... how would you do it? How do you copyright / patent the game? Does it cost a ton of money to present a new game to the NV gaming commission and/or guarantee your intellectual property doesn't get ripped off? I know marketing and actually getting the game into a casino is a TOTALLY different topic... but how hard is it to get a game licensed and secure [so you do not get your idea stolen during the marketing phase]. Furthermore... is their think-tanks or companies that you can hire to do the math research aspect of how profitable a game could be [i.e. what the casinos edge would be over millions of simulated hands]? |
