Time zones cross borders.
There are other countries besided the USA that are in a given time zone and there is more than one time zone in the USA. There is no such thing as "USA time"

Breaking up the players into different currencies in poker would just dilute the games. So for now we will stick with one currency, and our super sleuth research has identified the $USD as the most recognized and trusted currency in the world.
