his line is so strange is this a bluff 1/3 of the time or more?

some history at the time:
-he bought in $20 and at $15 started push/fold... i accidently misclicked and called with J3. (he had KJ)
-he started pushed that $30 into my $3 button opens about 1/4 of the time.
-he had been pushing over top of c-bets a lot as well.

later in the match:
-he starts pushing ai (ranged from 60-200) over my $3 opens. some hands included K8s, A4o, 77, KJo, Q6s
