Villain is 21/9/2, I`m 18/12/3. Is it correct to be worried of bigger flush draws here and fold ?

Definitely fold, you need a little over 46% equity.
With a realistic range of just overpairs(qq+), you only have 45%, add JJ, AKs, 910s, makes it an clearer fold.

It's about the only bet that would make it a fold. Even if you can put him on a profitable range it wouldn't be much better than breakeven and you add a ton of variance.
