Rakeback is paid automatically every month by the 5th, usually sooner.

The software is among the worst in the industry. Freezing and other serious bugs are common complaints.

You will have to use epassporte. They do not have any other way to pay US players. They are taking 3-5 days.

Prepaid debit cards may work there, I don't know. If you win though you will have to use epass. AFAIK they have not sent a check to a US player in 4 months.

Checks below $2500 now work. Higher ones are still in processor limbo, but you can request new checks every ~2 days or so.

Most of the freezing has been fixed, too (not all of it, but on my machine Cake now > Bodog.)

Cake also has Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo now, although only a few games at the .10/.20 - .5-1 limit on each that should pick up as well.
