Default Stars deposit limits

I play $215 sngs for a living, and party has been my site of choice. Now I will obviously be moving to stars over the course of the next couple days - but one problem I've encountered is their deposit limits ($600/day; $1.5K/week). Obviously, this is insufficient for playing the 215s. Does anyone know if Stars raises deposit limits as you climb the VIP ladder, or if they make exceptions for people who specifically request higher limits?

Email their support and ask for your deposit limits to be raised, they will do it.

Good luck on PS!

It doesn't, but if you want to deposit more you can mail and ask about wire transfers. Incidentally, the $10k is likely to be limited by what your NETeller limits are - it could be turned down on their end instead.

Why have limits if they can be raised instantly by one simple email. Silly.

They raised my deposit limit via credit card to $1k per day after an email request. I was also told that any further increase would require me to fax proof of identity stuff to them.

I just e-mailed pokerstars support to request an increased limit. They responded within 10 minutes, and quickly agreed. I told them I only wanted a small increase, not a large one. Just FWIW, here's their e-mail to me.

We have set limits. The next step for NETeller only is a very large one: 10,000 per day, 20,000 per week and 50,000 per month. I've opted for the more general increase to level 2, which includes a raise of your NETeller limit to 1,000 per day, 2,000 per week and 3,000 per month.

Please write us again at any time if you have any questions or comments.
