Fulltilt Promotions Tab

A search finds nothing on this subject so my problem may be limited to me. Under the FTP cashier tab there is a "promotions" tab where I am suppose to be able to check my iron-man status. The tab seems dead when I click it in that nothing happens. Fulltilt technical support said to turn off popup blockers. I disabled the one for the browser and turned off the one for the Google tool bar (or maybe it was the other way around as I am not sure I know the difference) but still can get nothing when I click the Promotions tab. Any other suggestions?
