Default Name of this Chiropractic Device?

A while ago I was walking through a park and I noticed an older Asian woman walking with a chiropractic device that seemed to help straighten her posture/align her back.

I'll try to describe it:

It's a long staff which she holds behind her back by using her arms. She puts her arms under the stick, which has another piece that comes from the center of the stick that pushes her mid-back forward and straightens her posture.

Has anyone heard or seen of this type of device before b/c it looked like it would feel good/be helpful. I googled it to no avail.

It's called a "Placebo".

S/W two of my Chiro clients and they stated they've never heard of it, maybe it's something she made up herself, or her chiro made for her, but they did not know of what you speak about.
