I had no idea how to handle this hand. I don't want to build the pot by raising the flop again, same goes for turn.

How should I Handle the hand at all rounds?

The river is a clear fold I guess? (and by then, I think he had JQ and got a little greedy on the river)

From the flop and turn bets I would say KT is very possible. The push on the river makes me believe he most likely had a set though and boated up. Although I have seen some fish make this exact play when their two pair gets counterfitted. Without reads, fold.
