should I tip bathroom tile installer? if so how much

Hi OOT,
I am having bathroom floor installers coming to my place in an hour. Its a half day job (labor estimate: 180$). Should I tip them, if so how much?

How about flooring installers for the rest of the place. they are coming over for rest of the week. Do you tip for these services of whatever you are paying for labor is enough ?

Its not like i dont like money. I just wanted to know if its a tipping situation or not. we all know we shouldnt tip at mcdonalds but tip at a regular restaurant. We tip taxicab drivers but not car mechanics.

so just wanted to know if installing floors in your house or bathroom is a "tipping situation" or not. I apologise if my original question was vague.

Tipping is for service above the required duties, is he coming in at an inconvenient hour or on a short notice? Is he upgrading your package and saving you some money?
