3/6 sometimes things are easy; othertimes they suck
villain is 22/16 3.75 and a reg.
I'm playing around the same or tighter with less agg. Just read Taylor Caby's blog and he mentioned he hated the way villain played the following hand: In a reraised pot Villain gets it all in on the flop with jj against Caby's combo draw. He doesn't elaborate. His comments got me thinking about the below hand and how best to play it. And so I figured I'd ask. Prima Poker skin No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $2.50/$5 5 players Converter Stack sizes: UTG: $475.00 CO: $500.00 hero: $621.50 SB: $208.42 BB: $1103.50 Pre-flop: (5 players) hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 folds, hero raises to $20, SB folds, BB calls. If villain doesn't bluff lead the flop a ton, just dump the turn.

AA, if the turn was the 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] instead of the 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] would you change your mind about:

Re: 3/6 sometimes things are easy; othertimes they suck
Against a bad player I usually raise the flop and am more than happy to get it in.
Against a good player I usually play more cautiously. Anybody like a flop raise here against his lead? |

Re: 3/6 sometimes things are easy; othertimes they suck
I kinda like raising flop and folding to a shove on the flop because it is SA/WB. As played, I just don't see what we can beat on the turn and I'd just fold it there.

Re: 3/6 sometimes things are easy; othertimes they suck
yeah i think i fold turn, and as played would fold river
based on bet sizing though it seems like he has a flush here...but i still agree that a flop call is best |
