I know weight lifting increases testorone etc, but this is different. I can do most of my weights fine but when it comes to my lateral raises and i force them weights up it drives me [censored] crazy!
I literally feel like killing someone in that moment when im struggling to get them up. I only lift about 10kg each arm when doing 3 reps 2 sets, but i just dont understand why i feel literal rage. I think it may have something to do with the kind of stretchy feeling i get in my abdomen lower chest area, (like getting tickled from the inside) but im not too sure. Anyway does any1 know of this phenomena, how to stop it, why it happens? |

xylem, last time i did lateral raises i murdered the guy standing next to me doing curls...do you think that was wrong?

I think anything other than a weight regime or nutritional advice courtesy of TNation is beyond the H and F forum.
Obviously no1 knows what im talking about. But for any1 not sat in H and F all day do u ever experience anger when pushing weights? |

i experience intensity and kind of insane to get pumped up for some lifts...but i don't think its like anger at all... |
