Don't bet turn unless you plan on calling shove. Both options are ok imo, I think I like a check here usually.

After I bet I knew I should have had a plan. I'm also trying to get my turn and river AF up a little so I'm looking for spots to do so.

Chasing after aggression numbers is dumb imo. Just play the situations. You don't want to become over agressive with marginal hands in the wrong spots.
