I felt a little weak carrying AJ and was more worried about what the other 3 players were planning on doing. I folded, but was wondering what do you all do here? any thoughts? |

Re: $16 Stars: AJs facing all in
I would shove in a quasi-isolation play. I figure to be ahead of villain's range.

Re: $16 Stars: AJs facing all in
I push very quickly.
UTG can have any two cards here, and has more than likely settled on a better-than-average hand before he gets destroyed by the blinds. In most cases, you are a big favorite, and you don't want anyone else in the pot. I'm probably pushing with 11bbs here, even if the shorty isn't all in. Anyone else? |

Gotta shove. Too much hand against the top ~35%

Re: $16 Stars: AJs facing all in
I think the first one is definately a push with good EV before the bubble. The second can be a push, but its rather marginal EV gain.
