Default Lawsuit?

My mom recently took out a bank loan in my name by forging my signature on the application. HSBC then went on to approve the loan in my name. I signed no paperwork regarding this matter. Can I bring a lawsuit on HSBC?

Your mom defrauded HSBC and you want to sue the victim? Why not have your mom arrested, sneak into her house and grab her meth?

So, you think the HSBC should be responsible for not knowing your mother forged your signature? A++

How can my mom go to jail if HSBC approved the loan? It's their fault that they didn't check the signatures. Yeah, she signed it, but I can't see her being convicted in acting in good faith

How is she "acting in good faith" when she is forging your signature? It's called "fraud" brother, and your Mommy is a criminal...

I'd highly recommend that you 1) stop talking about this on a public forum, 2) get a lawyer, and 3) get your mom a lawyer. IMO, sooner is better than later.
