Default I spew hard HU

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 2 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

Villain has seen me do lots of crazy stuff over the last half hour or so, so I don't think I've got much credibility in his eyes. I think villain is a little too aggro with his one pair hands, often paying me off with TPNK or second pair. He's 3-bet me quite often, and i've adjusted by 4-betting him and also open limping the button once in awhile. Whatever, on to the hand.

SB: $201
Hero (BB): $290

Pre-Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
<font color="red">SB raises to $6</font>, Hero calls $4

Flop: ($12) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">SB bets $8</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $36</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $100</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $284 and is All-In</font>, SB calls $95 and is All-In

I just feel like I messed this one up really bad. Obviously HU play is really flow dependent, but without any more info, what could I have done differently? Do I fold to his flop 3-bet?
