LC/NC: "Iron Man" question about FTP

In order to get the status of "bronze", does one have to get 100 points 15 total days in a month, or 15 days in a row?

Once you get there, do you immediately earn 25 medals, or do you have to play more to earn those medals?

the wording on their website is really vague, help from a reg. is much appreciated.

15 total. You can kick it Grover Cleveland style if you want. The medals go in at the end of the month.
