Default NL100: Can i fold Kings here?

BB is TAG, 13/10/5
Hero is at 13/9/4

I can see hands other than AA making a 4bet OOP against a standard raise and a 3bet from a short-stack.

I think JJ/QQ/AK are legit parts of his range and I would push preflop.

I would felt it. The presence of the short stack complicates things a little and to me makes it virtually impossible to get away from. Queens are in his range IMO, not to mention he could also have pocket kings. There is dead money in the pot, so you can afford to run into AA a fair amount and still win in this situation.
