Default Set extraction -- flop raise size

Villian is quite an aggro TAG. I am 99% confident he has AA or KK here. Good sized raise?

I think i'd like 150 better, but it shouldn't matter much, money is probably going to the middle if hes got KK/AA

I like the 3x raise. With his smallish bet, he could think your reading that for weakness putting him on whiffed AK/AQ, and taking one stab with your whiffed hand.

Yeh, pretty standard there. I don't think there is need to go up to 150.

If he has AA/KK there isnt a problem - its going in the middle. Problem is that the board is so dry and if he has AK,AQ hes out and you cant get anything from him so forget about them.

Only hand left is QQ. This bet is leaves a pot sized bet on the turn so you can easily get it AI!

I can also see calling - but that gives away your hand a bit much on the dry board.

I really don't think it gives his hand away at all. Lots of hands will take one off, or float, with a small bet like this.

I do like a raise much more, though. His small bet on a dry board will make him convince himself that you're bluffing.

$120 seems fine. You've got lots of time to get the rest in.

I might make it a little bigger just to make it that much harder for him to get away on the turn, but I don't think it matters much.

I really don't know why you're so confident in this read, though.

"Quite an Aggro TAG" clearly has a wider RR range PF. Is it the flop bet?

Yes, it's the flop bet. I have a note on him and some significant history watching him play like this. His flop bet was precisely what he does with an overpair. Additionally, I've never seen him RR from the blinds with anything but AA/KK. I had a TAG image going into this hand, so I was quite sure of what he had.
