SB is 48/22/3.5 over 60 hands. No read on him other than he seems aggressive. He called very fast on the flop and I think mid pair is very possible.

I'm playing it the same. People go nuts in BB/SB pots.

You have to call that river bet. That minraise on the turn could mean many things. It could be a queen/8/5 in my opinion. He's obviously an aggressive player that could be making that move with any pair or even 67 or something and hoping you might fold JJ-99, or AK, AJ, AT. Heads-up with AA in that position is almost certainly a call every time.
