Default My gym is awful.

I lift in the summers at Golds gym, but I return to school every fall and continue my workouts. Every fall I am overcome with depression and anger as a result of my gym. First, it is so limited. I realize that I go to an extremely small school, but get a few more machines PLEASE. It takes a lot of creativity to get a decent workout. Second, they are never open. The weekend hours seem to be whatever they feel like that day. I was assured on Friday that it would be open today (Sunday) by 12. I went there at one and sure enough, it's locked down. I had taken my supplements, stretched/warmed up, and was looking forward to a sunday afternoon lift.

So do I try and invent some ways to get the same leg-day in today or do I just add another day of rest and get back into it tomorrow?

I just google image searched "machines" hoping for some more variety. WTF half the pictures are of a girl getting reamed by a pneumatic dildo!

wait a minute........

I didn't really mean machines in the strict sense of the word! Obviously I should have clarified. I meant more of anything. More benches, different benches, more free weights, more smith machines, etc. Of course some more machines would be useful, but I usually only hit up machines for leg day. I was simply saying I want a bigger gym with more [censored].

I am in there at 630a.m. daily (during the week) and when they first open their doors on the weekends. There is only one other regular at those times, and the afternoons get pretty packed.

Wow that sucks you have to get there that early. The one I went to was usually okay around 11am-1pm.
