Default Great at turbos, suck at normal stt

Small sample size I know...
200 2.25 turbo stt, roi is 50%
150 2.25 regular stt, roi is -5%

Is their a article that will help me on my regular stt game?

How many tables do u play?

Cause if u play 1 or 2, it's possible that u are playing these tourneaments like turbos, and playing too much loose.

At least i like to play more tables at the same time on regulars, cause u need to wait a lot for hands, i've seen S&G's with 4 ppl left of 10 on 30/60, which is weird.

Turbo's it's not like that, u will have action more often so u'll be able to play less games at the same time.
