Was there ever an official Harrington on Hold 'em study group?

I went through all of the old, book/publications posts and i didn't see an official Harrington on Hold 'em study group.

I remember there being one quite some time ago. I didn't conduct it or participate in it though. If my memory serves me correctly it started out real slow and fizzeled out after the first couple weeks. There's probably not a whole lot of good information available in those couple old threads.
