anyone know of "enlarged button" mods?

id be interested in a nice big red button for easy spotting on all the tables. can it be downloaded somewhere? can i do it myself somehow?

You won't be able to enlarge anything; graphic mods just change the image files, not the button size.

You can easily change the colors of individual buttons, though. If you open up the Images folder, I bet you can find the file you'd like to change.
