Program that helps you see someone desktop

I'm going to start getting coached my someone and I'm looking for a remote desktop program that is fairly easy to setup. Anyone got a good one they could refer me to?

Try application sharing with either Windows Messenger or Windows Live Messenger. Just look it up in the help section of Messenger.
