blechhhhhh.. this is one of those stupid spots. i would guess a lot of ppl jam turn, but i think u played it fine. as far as river, i mean, its hard to figure out what hes repping. it looks like his timing was quick though, and if he instashoved river, id be somewhat pressed for a decision, and depending on how i was running, id call/fold. when im running good im more inclined to call, running bad more inclined to fold. really only thing he can be value shoving is a boat, i mean it could be a weird KQ, maybe 67 or something etc etc, i dno. meh

if i check/raise the turn, ( which i usually do)
i get snapp called by like 4-6 or some crap.

It's fine how you played it, and i hate the river decision, i always feel as if the pot should have been mine and wanna make a hero call, but its closish, but nonetheless a fold i think.
