call, a raise looks fos and will put you in a difficult spot if he reraises. Nobody believes/see the backdoor flush so you can usually get plenty in on the river if you get there and more easily see a showdown with your pair of tens if you dont.

Raising here is pretty bad. Your equity is pretty good vs his range right now but not good vs his calling range.
