Man- you got to put money in on the flop- wtf dude.
As played, I think you can get him to commit half his stack at least on turn by reraising. There is a flush draw out there. Don't worry about set over set- put your money in as fast as possible.

Why did you check the flop? Did the Ace scare you or were your intentions to sloplway?

Sorry, but I think you played this one wrong from every street. If it were me, I'd just check the river with this board.

Edit: disregard everything I just said. I didn't see the set on the flop.

were only behind 34,KJ and AA and i'm pretty sure he isn't holding any of these.

the flop check isn't terrible but you have to 3-bet this turn.

edit: were behind 45 not 34. also this could possibly be badly played AA but not enough of the time to stop me from getting my money in

Don't forget QQ. But the villians line doesn't look like QQ.

If he's going to 3 bet the turn, shouldn't he just shove?

flop check is fine imo, if he was slowplaying his AK, he'll let you know on the turn. but the turn is an easy push
