Default We\'ve been [censored] over for 50 years.

Louisiana is the 46th poorest state, and it's always puzzled me how this state could be in the shape it is in with hundreds of oil rigs dotting our coastline. After all our state supplies 30% of the domestic oil production for the United States. Other states receive 50% of this profit from the federal government, but it came to my attention that Louisiana doesn't receive any revenue at all from these oil rigs because "Oil Rigs aren't technically on Louisiana land...even though some are less than 500 feet from the coast."

This is [censored]. [censored] whoever is responsible for this, I hope Blanco wins.
