Default Complete cold deck making money?

So tonite i played at the Casino a £1 £1 blinds or $2 $2..
I sit there for ever picking up 2 hands in 3 hours that is worth playing... I dont think i remember any hand even close to playing apart from QQ and AK that i got.. All the rest was either 94 or 102. Just absolute garbage. 9 man ring game. Pre flop is extremely loose with limpers all the time and calling any raise. Also on my left is a complete lunatic calling every raise and raising if it hasnt been done. At the end of it i basically blinded out and lost all my money. How can i combat this. I tried raising on the button a few times with any hand and ended up being reraised all in by opponents. How can I make money without having a good hand and without being able to steal blinds due to so much limping with good hands.. I consider myself to be of an average standard and understand much more than most players sitting at the table. What strategy can i use to make money or is just having bad hands a losing game. If there is room to bluff, then you bluff. If there isn't, then you valuebet the crap out of everything and you kill yourself if you don't get a hand.

Easy.
