Since there is only one pick per week, I'm not sure if there is a weekly prize every week. We'll have to see what Granny says. There will definitely be a tie this week, so maybe the contestant should have to pick correctly 3 or 4 weeks in a row to qualify for the prize?

Clearly one of the bottom three singers (none of whom should have made it this far), but if this is Diana Ross week then I think Haley will be able to outperform him; Sanjaya just seems able to survive.

Before I pick someone, you should make it a 2 part contest. Everyone should have to pick a bottom 3 PLUS the contestant that is going home. Each bottom 3 picked correctly should be 1 point and the right contestant going home should be another point, for a total of 4 possible points each week. This way we won't all get similar results each time and it will basically be anyone's game without totally negating the people who already have a lot of points (myself included). It will also make it more of a contest and more fun.
