Default Flop semi-big draw

I realize looking back on the hand that opening this UTG is probably pretty -EV, but since I use a four color deck it looked to pretty alternating red and blue. Anyways, with stacks that are over 100 BB here, should I just call this flop c/r and re-evaluate turn or go with it here on flop?

Villain has gotten his stack by some idiot stacking off with AKQJ on a J622 board against his 6678.

Opening this UTG 4-way is fine. I'd tend to call this and see another card, your hand is sorta faceup but you've got position and lots in the way of runner runners and can make lots of money from them.

I'm sort of new to PLO, so could someone explain to me why we wouldn't want to repop this on the flop with such huge draws that lose a ton of equity if a blank hits the turn? Plus villain may if we do hit?

If we just call flop, and turn is a blank and villain leads close to pot, what do we do?

big draws don't lose a ton of value on the turn in PLO assuming the board doesn't pair
