Default Possible Major Beat

Over the last few months I have been using an excessive amount of tobacco smoke/chew, this is mainly since I've been playing poker 50-55 hours a week. I have been chewing and smoking for about 4 years now, I am 21. Lately having kanker-sore like sores in my mouth, and a sore area by my voice-box. I have also lost 10lbs over the last 2 weeks. This is really freaking me out, I am kind of a hypochondriac, once something comes up medical I freak out. My family has a decent history of cancer and other bad diseases ranging in age. Ahh...I'm going nuts in paranoia.

After they chop your face off you can probably get some work doing anti tobacco commercials.

Yeah, I just saw that one recently.

Sometimes, you just lose, a lung,
You don't always die from tobacco,
Sometimes, they just snip, your tongue..."

Does anybody in here chew and smoke a lot, and have had similar scares before? Should I stop using both and wait a week or two and see if it just passes over like a normal sickness? (My throat has been hurting for a week, but I have been smoking/chewing just as much over this week), so I cant imagine that allowing it to get better.

Yea Chex something similiar happened to me -- usually I go through cycles with nicotine usage and have to take a break because I start smoking/chewing so much that I make myself sick... either disgustingly weak lungs from smoking or sores/sore throat like you described.

I know, plenty of fun jokes can be made. I just get really, really paranoid about health related issues. My family doesn't have a great track record in blood line and things like this just get me really worked up. Please refrain from the jokes of death, don't think it's absolutely necessary.
