$10/180 FT Isolation situation
$10/180 down to 7 people. IMO I'm ahead of UTG's range, but buttons coldcall got me thinking. Button had been fairly aggressive stealing a few blinds after I doubled him up AK<55 on the first hand of the FT when I raised an EP limper 4xBB and he pushed for 10BB's from the SB w/ 55.

I think push is fine since you're short stack too.

Re: $10/180 FT Isolation situation
I just played my first pokerstars 10/180 today, and the players were suprisingly bad. It's possible that the button folds here and you're ahead of UTG, which is so so so ideal. Don't pass that up, shove.

I'd database button. If he's a winning player, I can pass this. Otherwise, it's a shove.

Re: $10/180 FT Isolation situation
What would the button call with here (instead of pushing himself)? It seems like he's daring one of the blinds to come up over the top.
That doesn't mean I could honestly find a fold here... |
