kiwi casino problem

I hit kiwi pretty hard for around 600 at pontoon and went to cashout and was told pontoon does not count toward wage requirement. Nowhere in t&c does it state pontoon not allowed. Support says pontoon equals BJ surrender which is excluded.

These are 2 different games in my book. What should I do next?

This doesnt sound right to me. I would try at Casinomeister since they are an accredited casino there. They will have a rep on the site, so find them and send a PM. If that doesnt work, then post in the complaints forum. Make sure also to take a screen shot of the T&C's showing that Pontoon is not a prohibited game.

LOL at counting Pontoon and BJ Surrender as the same game. You'll get your money with a complaint or two for sure.

After much hassle and lots of help from casino Dave it has been determined pontoon and bj surrender are two different games. No s***.

I've put a withdrawel in and we'll see how long it takes to get paid.

I got on my rep pretty hard, and the casino manager ended up emailing me pretty quickly, which was a good sign. He said he would pass the information on to the support staff as well, so hopefully this is the last time something like this happens here. If you have not gotten your payout within a week, let me know.

I decided to try this out despite the bad news surrounding it. I wish I hadn't. final 6 bets the dealer had Pontoon...wtf is that?
