if you haven't had any 3betting interaction with him before I would check the turn and river, but betting the turn would be ok depending on reads.

definately don't like river bet after turn check.

i would just check behind
you have absolute middle pair and would not get any value out of betting the river

The only reason you would bet is to induce a push and call, that seems awfully high variance at best. The bet itself has no value, i.e. can't be called. Check.
