Brutal night
Should have lost about 50 BB due to getting seriously outflopped by donkeys doing things like capping preflop with 77 and hitting sets or bluff raising the turn and spiking their 2-outer on the river.
Instead, I went on mega donkey tilt and dropped 150 BB from a lethal combination of misplaced aggression with marginal hands and a complete unwillingness to fold if I had any chance of winning a hand. |

One and a half buyins ZOMG! [/ QUOTE ] 6 buy-ins actually. LHE. And OP, thankyou for not calling this a downswing. 50BB could be a downswing. Playing like a monkey for other 100 does not equal a downswing. |

LIMIT, not NL
You are correct on both points, sir.
This was 150 Big Bets in Limit, not 150 Big Blinds in NL. With a good earn rate being 2BB/100, I just donked away 75 table/hours worth of winnings. More like 150 table/hours for the average winning player that I am. The 50 or so BB that I lost due to getting sucked out on/having draws hit against me/not hitting my own draws was a "downswing". The rest I lost due being a [censored] idiot. |
