Can't Access UB Cashier

[Moneyline]

When I try to get into the cashier I get an error message telling me to click on the my account page. That doesn't work. Neither did uninstalling and reinstalling UB, and neither did the suggested fix on UB's website of changing my cookies settings in IE. I contacted UB's support about this, but since I'd like to solve this problem before the new year I figured I'd ask you good folks for some help.
